Full game unlocks July 28, 2026 at 6 PM CET on Steam PC. Open the Launch Day guide for install steps, then wishlist on the Steam store page for Shards of Order. The demo remains free.

Learn launch combat rules
Redraw timer 4, time-linked reduction, and combat queue sequencing differ from early demo habits. Read Redraw and Queue and Combat System before launch night.

Understand Fracture before you revive spam
Each revive adds a Fracture stack; redraws deal 6 damage per hero per stack (max 18). See Laws and Fracture and Demo Changes for the full launch rework.

Build around the permanent trio
Soldier, Scholar, and Exile share one deck at launch. Use Deckbuilding, Builds, and the Deck Calculator. Warlock and Bladedancer are story-only.

Is Shards of Order a roguelite?
No. Despite a branching node map, it is a persistent dark fantasy RPG with lasting progression—not a wipe-on-death roguelite. Start with the Getting Started guide.
Which languages are supported?
This wiki is available in English, Français, Deutsch, Español. Use the language button in the header to switch at any time.
What changed from demo to launch?
Fracture stack math, redraw timer 4, combat queue, three-hero permanent roster, and three full regions. Summary on Demo Changes.
Which heroes are playable at launch?
Soldier, Scholar, and Exile are the permanent party. Warlock and Bladedancer appear in story but not as permanent roster slots. See Characters.
